They lost my package and i was contacting them for 2 weeks straight to figure out what is going on. Finally they decided to refund me but guess what? They only refunded me for the product but not shipping? Are you kidding me?
Refund me the whole amount that i paid for my order INCLUDING shipping. Why do I as a customer have to pay for mistakes of YOUR couriers? Is that how you make money? Lose packages and then profit off shipping?
Terrible company. Do not order from them and stay away by all means

They sent my order to an address they had on file for years, despite my filling in my current address when I checked out. People at the old address, where I hadn't lived for over two years, either stole or threw away the package. Now feelunique is saying it's my fault and won't reimburse me. Avoid - do not waste your money. There is nothing on their website which can't be bought elsewhere from a company which sill actually try to sort out problems if they arise. Just sorry that I spent £34 to find out how awful feelunique.com is.

The worst online experience ever. Feelunique is going to be a nightmare to anyone who cares about their little money. I recently shopped from thier app. And got my 2 items almost with empty and unsealed. The packaging is very cheap though. And the box was already open. While shopping they allow me to chose a free gift which made me more curious but I got nothing nor even a piece of paper. I made a complain and asked refund or return they was treating me like I'm a kid after so many days now they are saying we don't have return policy for your country. I mean seriously? They was saying to me from so many days wait until we fix your issue now they are saying don't worry we will give you 10% off for your next purchase. And wasted my 358 riyals with thier damage products I will never ever suggest for this website. Doesn't even worth 1 star.

They dispatched my order to an old address on file. I have not lived at this address for 3 years. The products I ordered were medically necessary, they're stealing from people.

Bad bad bad. I Do NOT recommend Feelunique. If your package gets lost (which happens alot apparently), you will not have any guarantee that they will give you your money back. Very very bad customer service!

Lot's of choice. Good value. Easy to order. Arrived well packaged and promptly as stated. Very pleased with item's ordered. Happy to recommend company and will certainly do business again.

I ordered 2 products from their website several months ago. I wait for 1 month, then email them. All I got is everything is gonna delay due to covid. Fine, I am nice enough to give them more time. Then, nothing happens. After months and months of waiting and emails without response, I finally got one from their customer service. And guess what I get after being understanding for the covid condition? IT'S LONG TIME AGO SO I CANNOT CLAIM IT AS A LOSS.
WTF, you told me to "understand the situation and let me wait for it", now you told me it is more than 60 days. This is def a fraud.

So today, I finally get the final words from them. They don't wanna refund me any money, not gonna provide me with any tracking. And tell me to deal with my credit card company. THIS IS A CRIME. Where I can report them? NEED HELP.

Ordering was easy, arrived really quickly and nicely packaged and the product is great!

I always have troubles with payments. It takes forever to get an approval by my bank, probably because your payment system is not 3D secure or something...Delivery is fast. Product is needed.

Very poor service. Purchased a product worth £32 intending to gift to someone. Item arrived damaged. The pump on the item had broken & the contents of the product had leaked into the package resulting in the loss of some of the product. It still leaks. Emailed customer services & the response was: the damage does not affect the use of the item so we will offer £5 voucher or it can be returned for a replacement or refund. No offer to cover postage etc. £5 voucher is insulting as is the assumption that it doesn’t affect the use! I can’t gift it & it leaks...Arranging a return is inconvenient. I would rather pay full price to another company again on the basis I know I will get a better response if something goes wrong. I have accepted the £5 voucher to draw a line but rest assured I won’t be spending it! I appreciate that things go wrong & that these things happen. But the way in which a company chooses to remedy the situation is telling & in this case it was poor in my opinion.


I ordered a CC Creme in a specific shade. The shade was wrong, although the packaging was broadly similar. After a chain of communication with the company I gave up trying to resolve this problem - the shade of creme that they provided is too light for my skin so it was all just a waste of money and time. I ordered via Feel Unique as it was slightly cheaper than Space NK however I’d rather go for certainty that I’m getting what I’ve paid for! Lesson learnt.

This is now the 3rd month in a row that I've had an issue with delivery. Each time I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since its a company I've used for well over a year and using them pretty much every month. I pay a subscription for the unlimited next day delivery service. January: item didn't arrive for a week, so I got a refund. February: item didn't arrive again (lost by yodel), and then had to wait a week for replacement and now March: item should have arrived (ordered before 5pm yesterday) and is still pending so no items on time again . So if you order from here, don't expect your items to actually arrive on time, if at all.
